About ME

I am an education and youth development specialist focused on strengthening school-to-work transitions and improving how education systems support young people in making informed academic and career decisions.

WHY THIS WORK

Across different education contexts, I have observed a consistent challenge: students are often expected to make important decisions about their futures without sufficient structured guidance or system-level support.

This gap between curriculum design, career guidance, and labour market realities has become the central focus of my work.

MY APPROACH

My approach combines three dimensions:

  • Academic and research training (PhD-level scientific research)
  • Practical experience in teaching and curriculum delivery
  • Direct engagement with young people through mentorship and Youth Equipped

CURRENT FOCUS

I am currently focused on contributing to:

  • Strengthening career guidance systems in secondary education
  • Improving alignment between curriculum pathways and real-world opportunities
  • Translating youth-level insights into structured recommendations for education stakeholders
