WHY THIS WORK
Across different education contexts, I have observed a consistent challenge: students are often expected to make important decisions about their futures without sufficient structured guidance or system-level support.
This gap between curriculum design, career guidance, and labour market realities has become the central focus of my work.
MY APPROACH
My approach combines three dimensions:
- Academic and research training (PhD-level scientific research)
- Practical experience in teaching and curriculum delivery
- Direct engagement with young people through mentorship and Youth Equipped
